1. Typing your name differently than it appears on your passport
Nicknames, missing middle names, or swapped first/last name order can cause a mismatch between your form and your passport at check-in. Always copy your name directly from your passport's photo page.
2. Submitting the form at the wrong time
Filling it out too far in advance or too close to departure can both cause issues. Confirm the current recommended window and plan around it.
3. Losing the QR code
Once you submit the form, save the confirmation immediately — screenshot it, download the PDF, and email it to yourself as a backup. Relying on a single device with poor signal at the airport is a common source of last-minute stress.
